23Vitals’ supplements target immune support

23Vitals is looking to tackle immune support.

To take on the task, the Irvine, Calif.-based company has launched a line of supplements that combat modern-day stressors that may affect immune health.

“The body’s immune system has both an innate arm that protects against everyday threats and an adaptive arm that targets specific unwanted invaders and retains immunological memory,” 23Vitals' co-founder Tom Elliott said. “In order to support both major arms, I was buying all these different powders and pills, and getting frustrated by the sheer amount, expense and having to keep track of it all.”

Featuring bioactive nutrients, vitamins and metabolites, 23Vitals’ products also aim to support gut health, blood flow, circulation and cellular recovery after intense exercise, the company said.

Available in strawberry lemonade and orange creamsicle flavors, the non-GMO, gluten-free and soy-free supplements can be added to smoothies, yogurt and water.
