4505 Meats rolls out Butcher’s Snacks

4505 Meats is launching a new line of sausage snack offerings.

New from the San Francisco-based company is the 4505 Butcher’s Snacks line, which is crafted with 2-oz. of humanely raised pork.

Containing 18 to 24 g of protein per serving, the snacks are keto certified and paleo-friendly and gluten-free, the company said.

Available varieties include:

• Original Recipe, a bratwurst made with caraway and thyme;
• Cheddar and Bacon, a sausage meat stick containing chunks of cheddar cheese and uncured bacon; and
• Red Hot, a meat stick crafted with cayenne, paprika, coriander and yellow mustard.

Made without antibiotics, added hormones or nitrates, each of the above flavors is based on real restaurant recipes, the company said.
