Aleor Dermaceuticals obtains FDA OK for generic Solaraze
Generic Solaraze topical gel is indicated for the topical treatment of actinic keratoses.
Alembic’s subsidiary, Aleor Dermaceuticals, has received the Food and Drug Administration’s approval for diclofenac sodium topical gel 3%, a generic of Fougera’s Solaraze topical gel.

The medication is indicated for the topical treatment of actinic keratoses, and sun avoidance is indicated during therapy.
Diclofenac sodium topical gel had a market value of roughly $10 million for the 12 months ending March 2022, according to IQVIA.
