Angelic Bakehouse’s line of sprouted whole grain baked goods is expanding.
New to the brand’s portfolio is its Reduced Sodium Flatzza Crusts, which contain 50% less salt than its regular Flatzza crusts, the company said.

Made using a sprouted and fresh-pressed method that pressed freshly sprouted whole grains directly onto the dough, the product contains 120 calories, 6 g of protein, 5 g of fiber, 2 g of sugar and 100 mg of sodium per serving.
