African-American sororities and Rite Aid distribute cosmetic gift bags

CARSON, Calif. As part of an annual sampling program, Cosmetic Promotions last month pieced together some 2,000 gift bags for Rite Aid, which in turn were given to attendees of an N2 Greek large-scale fashion show.

Cosmetic Promotions facilitates five such giveaways each year for Rite Aid, targeting major African-American markets. The Rite Aid-branded bags included samples of Jergens Original Lotion, Just for Me Oil Moisturizing Lotion, Softsoap, Blue Star Ointment, Smooth ‘N Shine hair products and Soft Creme Extra Care Healing Hand Cream.

N2 Greek is a provider of African-American Greek paraphernalia.
