Ariana Grande to launch first scent at Shoppers Drug Mart

NEW YORK — Actress and double-platinum recording artist Ariana Grande on Wednesday announced the launch of her first fragrance, ARI by Ariana Grande.

The scent, which is the first celebrity fragrance to join LUXE Brands, will hit retailers globally in September. It will be available in United States at Macys, Ulta, Bonton, Lord & Taylor and Stage, and in Canada at Shoppers Drug Mart.

"I love fragrance — it is something I have been obsessed with all my life,” Grande said. “As a fragrance debut of my very own, I really wanted it to be personal — that's why I named it ARI. I love everything about it. It is so fun and true to me. The scent is sweet, yet sexy, with some surprises underneath."

The perfume features top notes of pear, pink grapefruit and juicy raspberry, and heart notes of muguet, rose buds and vanilla orchid. In addition, its base notes include marshmallow, creamy musk and blonde woods.
