Within the space, staff offers skin care consultations, including personalized service, to find the ideal solutions to transform skin from head to toe. They also offer hands-on trials and devices for customers to demo.

There are currently brand installations within 19 different Macy’s locations. A shop is now open to consumers at Macy’s Herald Square store in Manhattan, but the full installation is not yet complete. The installation will be completed in January.

There also are similar Clarisonic installations within six Belk department store locations.

Clarisonic was created by a group of scientists and Sonicare engineers in Seattle in 2001, and was acquired by beauty giant L’Oréal in 2011.
