DSNTV: New General Market Forum highlights — uncovering customer needs, attracting talent

At Drug Store News and Mack Elevation’s New General Market Forum in April, some of the brightest minds in retail representing both CPG companies and big retailers came together to share insights about how to best reach millennial consumers. The day of insights included two roundtable discussions, one of which is highlighted in the video above, another is highlighted in a separate video.

In the video, the question of how retailers and brands uncover changing consumer needs while attracting new talent to their companies is addressed by Holly Schmidt, Walgreens senior divisional merchandise manager; Paula Girardi, Unilever CMI brand building; Gonca Paul, director of customer marketing at Paris Presents; Lornamead president Randy Sloan; Kara Errickson, product innovation at Hylands; Kao USA marketing director Heather Warnke; and Glenn McKloskey, VP sales at Milani/Jordana Cosmetics.
