Edgewell Personal Care has announced that Marisa Iasenza would be joining its leadership team as the new chief legal officer, effective June 4.

She was with Harman for 10 years, maintaining roles of increased responsibilities throughout her tenure. Prior to that, Iasenza served as assistant general counsel with United Agri Products, where she acted as lead attorney for all merger and acquisition activity, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
Iasenza holds a Master of Laws from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Civil Laws from the University of Ottawa.
