Essie launches treat, love and color line

NEW YORK — Essie on Wednesday introduced its new line of products that combine color and nail care. Essie treat, love & color brings together its sheer nail color and such nourishing ingredients as infused collagen and camellia leaf extracts. 

 

The line features three shades — treat me bright, a brightening sheer powder pink; laven-dearly, a naturalizing sheer lavender; and sheers to you, a sheer pink blush. The company said using the line can bring about 60% less nail peeling and 35% less nail breakage after one week of use. They don’t require a base or top coat. 

 

Each retails for $10 per bottle and were available beginning in January, the company said.
