Nivea highlights cold weather skincare essentials

NEW YORK — Skincare brand Nivea is highlighting the importance of skincare as the winter wears on. The company has two products that have withstood several winters that it says can be central to a winter skincare routine. 

 

Nivea Creme, which has been around for over 100 years, contains jojoba oil and vitamin E and is meant for use on the driest skin. The formula contains the moisturizing ingredient eucerit to keep skin soft. Nivea Creme is available in 1-, 2-, 3.3- and 6.8-oz. tins. 

 

The company also touts the Nivea Body Essentially Enriched Body Lotion, whose formula includes almond oil to reduce dryness and improve skin condition over time. The lotion also is enriched with natural sea minerals and vitamin E. The lotion is available in 2.5-, 6.8- and 16.9-oz bottles.
