Schick Intuition is continuing to spread the word about its
f.a.b. razor and just how it can change the shaving game.
The Shelton, Conn.-based company, which is part of the Edgewell Personal Care portfolio, announced the launch of a new content series that stars comedian Phoebe Robinson.
In the series, consumers can expect to see how simple shaving in the shower can be, thanks to the razor’s ability to move forward and back, which allows the mind to wander and think of some pretty interesting #ShaveThoughts, the company said.
Such thoughts include jumping into meme culture, pop-culture topics, dating, dieting and exercising. Robinson shares her own #ShaveThoughts throughout the series, which help her reach a level of mind-blown brilliance.
"I'm a hairy beast, so using Schick Intuition f.a.b. is high-key giving me life during my shave routine because the bi-directional razor lets me go up and down without ever lifting it," Phoebe Robinson said. "And with my schedule only getting busier, the shower has become one of the places I do some of my best thinking, like coming up with new jokes and inspiration for all of my upcoming projects."
In addition, the brand looks to have the series serve as more than just entertaining content. Schick Intuition wants it to also serve as an opportunity to demystify and show the benefit of the razor’s ability to move back and forth, the company said.
"We saw an opportunity to lean into comedy and the razor's innovation to bring a little humor to a task many women view as mundane and cumbersome," Kristin Kennedy, the associate brand manager for Schick Intuition at Edgewell Personal Care, said. "The content also helps to alleviate any consumer hesitation of being able to safely shave in both directions by watching Phoebe seamlessly use the product helping to show how shaving can be even easier when using Schick® Intuition f.a.b."
Consumers can currently check out the series on the Schick Intuition YouTube channel.
