Scunci to sponsor The American Ballet Theatre summer program

STAMFORD, Conn. Scunci, a Conair Corp. brand, is once again sponsoring The American Ballet Theatre?s Summer Intensive Program.

As part of the sponsorship, scunci will award a full scholarship to one of the 1,100 students accepted into the 2009 program. All of the students in attendance will receive a collection of scunci no-slip grip hair accessories from the "beautiful blends" line.

In addition to monetary support and sponsorship, scunci will be hosting a media reception at Lincoln Center in New York to celebrate the partnership with ABT.

The final performance of the Summer Intensive in New York will be held July 24 at noon and 4 p.m. at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City.
