Target to carry expanded Skinfix line
NOVA SCOTIA, Canada — Skincare company Skinfix announced this week that it would be expanding its line of steroid-free products for eczema, which has been given the National Eczema Association’s Seal of Acceptance.
The line includes the company’s soothing wash, a soothing lotion, eczema balm, hand repair cream and an eczema regimen kit. During September, Skinfix is working with the National Eczema Foundation to distribute eczema kits to consumers.
“Our best-selling natural eczema balm is an effective alternative to steroids, but it’s critical for eczema sufferers to manage their condition daily — not just during a flare-up,” Skinfix president Amy Gordinier Regan said. “Irritant-filled daily washes and lotions can do more harm than good to a healthy skin barrier. Our new daily Skinfix eczema regimen is a natural and effective skincare solution to maximize skin health and minimize flare-ups.”
The Skinfix line of products is available at Target, where products retail for between $15.99 and $23.99.
