Villlage Co. acquires Mr. Bubble brand from Ascendia Brands

CHASKA, Minn. The Village Co., a supplier of bath, shower and personal care products, has acquired the Mr. Bubble brand from bankrupt Ascendia Brands.

“Mr. Bubble is a recognized brand that mothers have known and trusted for years. We are delighted to add Mr. Bubble to our brand portfolio,” stated Frank Klisanich, president and chief executive officer of The Village Co. “The acquisition of Mr. Bubble, the No. 1 selling brand of bubble bath,  further solidifies The Village Co. as a leader in the bath and shower category.”

 The transition of the Mr. Bubble brand is in process and shipping and manufacturing started this week, the company stated.
