Boursin is expanding its seasonal offerings.
The Chicago-based company, known best for its creamy and crumbly cheeses, is adding a new variety to its lineup — caramelized onion and herbs.

Featuring a blend of real cheese, onions and savory herbs, this new launch was designed to be paired with autumnal foods or placed at the center of a cheese board, the company said.
“This fall we’re excited to launch our new limited-edition flavor, Boursin caramelized onion and herbs to elevate any culinary experience,” Jamee Pearlstein, the brand director of Boursin said. “As a leader in the gourmet spreadable cheese category, we’re continuously innovating and looking for new flavors to meet the evolving needs and taste preferences of cheese-lovers everywhere.”

This new seasonal launch, which joins the previously launched basil and chive cheese; cracked black pepper cheese; fig and balsamic cheese; garlic and herbs cheese; shallot and chive cheese; and dairy-free cheese spread alterative garlic and herbs.
Consumers can find Boursin’s caramelized onion and herbs cheese in the deli section of major retailers nationwide, including Hy-Vee, Schnucks, Albertsons, Publix and Jewel for the suggested retail price of $5.99.
