Bubbies brings back seasonal mochi ice cream flavors

Needless to say, before the holiday season has officially started, brands have fully embraced the spirit.

Next up is Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream & Desserts, who announced that three of its popular seasonal mochi ice creams would be hitting shelves for a limited time.

The seasonal flavors include:

• Chocolate Egg Nog, which contains egg nog ice cream wrapped in a chocolate mochi dough;
• Gingerbread, which features notes of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, infused into ice cream that’s covered in sweet mochi; and
• Peppermint Candy, which has ice cream that’s blended with crushed peppermint candy, and wrapped in a sweet mochi dough.

"By tapping into the flavors of freshly baked gingerbread, peppermint candies, and delicious egg nog, Bubbies seasonal flavors provide a nostalgic and satisfying flavor experience," Rick Schaffer, the CEO of Bubbies Ice Cream said. "Using the highest quality ingredients, we have replicated genuinely authentic flavors in bite-sized servings allowing consumers to mindfully indulge on their favorite holiday flavors."

Each Bubbies Mochi is fewer than 100 calories, free of gluten, made with kosher dairy, does not use ingredients that are genetically modified and do not contain rbst, the company said.

Shoppers can find the seasonal flavors at self-serve freezers and retail boxes at select retailers across the nation.
