Building upon its established relationship and marketing campaign with singer Michael Bublé, bubly sparkling water is launching a new holiday flavor honoring the musician.

The Purchase, N.Y.-based company is rolling out the limited-edition merry berry bublé variety, which also is its first holiday-inspired flavor, the company said.

Inspired by the campaign that features singer Michael Bublé changing the “y” in bubly to an “é,” this new flavor features a blend of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. In addition, the cans are adorned with musical notes and Bublé’s signature necktie, the company said.

“After two years of working to show the world that bubly should actually be spelled bublé, I can finally put the markers down! I am incredibly excited that bubly is granting me my holiday wish and putting my name on their first-ever holiday release, merry berry bublé,” Bublé said. “I don't want to say, ‘I told you so,’ but c’mon — merry berry bublé has a nice ring to it, don’t you think?”

Also featured on the limited-edition cans are a tacky holiday sweater, which is synonymous with this time of year, the company said.

“For the past two years, we’ve all enjoyed watching the lengths Michael has been willing to go to, to ‘correct’ the name of bubly. Michael’s love of the holidays has clearly rubbed off on us though, because we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate the season by giving him the gift he has always wanted,” Zach Harris, vice president of the water portfolio at PepsiCo Beverages North America, said. “Merry berry bublé marks the first time the brand is entering the holiday season with a unique limited-edition flavor that celebrates Michael Bublé — one of the holiday season's most iconic voices.”
