The product is the generic of Mallinkrodt’s Exalgo.

It is indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate.

Hydromorphone ER is available from Camber in dosage strengths of 8 mg, 12 mg, 16 mg, and 32 mg. It comes in 100 count bottles.
