Deferasirox Oral Granules are indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions (transfusional hemosiderosis) in patients aged 2 years old and older, and in patients aged 10 years old and older with non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia syndromes exhibiting elevated liver and serum iron concentrations.
