Cappello’s, a brand known for its grain-free and frozen paleo-friendly foods, is expanding its portfolio.
The Denver-based company announced the launch of 7 new almond-based products to its lineup.
"At Cappello's we are passionate about ensuring that uncompromisingly great tasting, nutritionally relevant foods are accessible to all that are seeking a gourmet eating experience, regardless of dietary restrictions," Ben Frohlichstein, Cappello's Co-founder and co-chief executive officer, said. "As fervent believers in a grain-free lifestyle, we want all of our consumers to experience the benefits these types of foods can have on our health, including reducing inflammation, increasing energy and cognitive function, reducing symptoms of auto-immune disorders and nurturing a healthy gut."
New additions include:
- Almond Flour Pizza, which has a 15-minute cook time; is available in naked, whole milk mozzarella cheese, uncured pepperoni and Italian sausage with roasted peppers varieties; and retails for $12;
- Sweet Potato Gnocchi, which is rolled with almond flour, can be eaten as an entrée or dessert and retails for $9;
- Spaghetti, which is made with almond flour, made fresh and immediately frozen, cooked in 90 seconds, and retails for $9; and
- Double Chocolate Cookie Dough, which contains twice the chocolate as the chocolate chip recipe, uses organic cocoa powder and chocolate morsels; and retails for $13.
"As a company whose own culture believes that excellence is a key ingredient, not an optional garnish, our internal team pushed to elevate the food styling and photography on the new packaging to fully emulate our quality-obsessed, reinvented classics inside each box," Jason Frohlichstein, Cappello's creative director said. "Evolving all of our touchpoints through creativity in design thinking, strategy and copywriting, we reinforced the emotional connection we have with our core followers."
All of Cappello’s new launches can be found both in-store and online.
