Cherryvale Farms dives into the snack bar game
Cherryvale Farms is adding to its portfolio of products, but not with another new line of individual mug cake mixes.
The Santa Cruz, Calif.-based company announced that it will launch a new line of whole grain snack bars.
“As a pioneer in plant-based baking, we are continually looking for new and innovative ways to meet the needs of consumers, and Love It! bars are a natural evolution for the brand,” Cherryvale Farms CEO Lindsey Rosenberg said. “We are excited to take this first step outside the baking aisle to offer bars with a delicious fresh-baked taste, so fans of our baking mixes can now enjoy that same experience in a ready-to-eat snack.”
The Love It! collection of snack bars features products that are plant-based and contain real fruit, the company said.
Available in three flavors — banana chocolate, blueberry lemon and cherry vanilla — the products also are Non-GMO Project Verified, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and do not contain artificial colors or flavors.
Cherryvale Farms’ Love It! bars will be available in October at select retailers and on Amazon.
