Coca-Cola Life gets nationwide launch

ATLANTA — The Coca-Cola Co. on Tuesday announced the nationwide launch of Coca-Cola Life, the company's first reduced-calorie cola to use a combination of cane sugar and stevia leaf extract. The company first introduced the beverage to a select number of markets in summer 2014.


 


“People that love our brands want more choices in flavors, package sizes and sweetener options. With Coca-Cola Life we’re meeting those needs while serving up a delicious beverage that complements our broader portfolio,” said Andrew McMillin, VP, Coca-Cola Brands, Coca-Cola North America. “As we continue to follow our consumers, we are working ultimately to become a leader in this interesting and emerging category.”


 


Coca-Cola Life will be available in six-packs of 8-fluid oz. glass contour bottles, six-packs of 12-oz. cans, a fridge pack 12-pack of 12-oz. cans, individual 20-oz. bottles, as well as 2-liter bottles. Packaging and availability will vary by location, the company said.
