Green Giant launches veggie meal bowl line
Green Giant is innovating the way consumers eat their vegetables.
The brand has unveiled its new Vegetable Meal Bowls, which contain a vegetable base inspired by its Cauliflower Crumbles and Vegetable Noodle lines, flavorful sauces and seasoning packs.
“Eating well and conveniently is a challenging concept but this line of Green Giant Fresh Vegetable Meal Bowls offers an easy way to pack in more nutrients and fiber,” Amanda Lemein, a dietitian and food and nutrition expert who has partnered with Green Giant, said. “I appreciate that the bowls were created by a company of farmers who understand the importance of growing and eating fresh foods. Vegetable Meal Bowls are perfect for everyone because they're so versatile. They're great to grab and go or stock up for meal planning and are so easily customizable with additional proteins or toppings.”

- The Buddha Bowl, which features crumbled sweet potato, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, broccoli, roasted chickpeas and tahini sauce;
- The Burrito Bowl, which has crumbled cauliflower and an ancho-chipotle pepper black bean sauce;
- The Fried Rice Bowl, which contains crumbled cauliflower, carrots, onions, broccoli and teriyaki sauce;
- The Pad Thai Bowl, which features carrot noodles and a peanut-flavored sunflower butter sauce;
- The Ramen Bowl, which has butternut noodles, crumbled cauliflower, carrots, onions, broccoli, roasted edamame and ramen seasoning; and
- The Rancheras Bowl, which contains crumbled sweet potato, cauliflower, kale and green chili sauce.
