Kind lets fans choose newest flavor

NEW YORK — Kind Snacks this week is unveiling its latest effort to brings its fans what they want. The company is asking consumers to weigh in on which of four flavors they want to see become the latest flavor of Kind’s bars. 

 

Through May 31, fans can decide between sangria, sesame seaweed wasabi, pistachio cardamom fig and sweet pretzel crunch flavors by voting here. Kind said that it would make a limited batch of the winning flavor available to ship to voters this summer. 

 

As part of the contest’s promotion, The Onion has produced and distributed a humorous public service announcement about “Restless Palate Syndrome,” starring celebrity chef Daphne Oz.
