Luigi’s Real Italian Ice debuts variety box
Luigi’s Real Italian Ice is getting in the patriotic spirit.
The Pennsauken, N.J.-based company, which is part of the J&J Snack Foods portfolio, announced the launch of its new Red, White & Blue variety box. Each contains three fan-favorite flavors cherry, lemon and blue raspberry.
In addition, the variety box also will contain two unique flavor combinations — cherry and lemon swirl, and blue raspberry and lemon swirl.
"Luigi’s has long been synonymous with summer and a enjoying a refreshing frozen treat, so we are thrilled to bring some of our most popular flavors together in a new and unique way," said Joanne Mizner, the director of retail marketing for J&J Snack Foods said. "We hope our Luigi’s fans enjoy this patriotic treat all summer long!"
In addition, each frozen treat contains less than 150 calories per cup, the company said.
Inspired by the classic American summer, backyard BBQs and days spent by the pool, consumers can now find Luigi’s Real Italian Ice Red, White & Blue at retailers nationwide.
Retailing from $2.99 to $3.99, the products come in a six-count box that contains three of each swirl variety.
