MadeGood’s allergy friendly products are looking to shake up the snack aisle in more ways than one.
Consumers who are fans of the Canadian brand’s crispy squares and granola bar products now have new options to reach for and put in their shopping carts.
The brand will be adding strawberry crispy squares, caramel crispy squares and sweet & salty granola bars to its portfolio, beginning in April.
"MadeGood is thrilled to once again expand upon the availability of healthy snacks that everyone can enjoy," Nima Fotovat, president of Riverside Natural Foods, the manufacturer of MadeGood, said. "We're proud to be providing more flavor options for our consumers and offering healthier alternatives to traditional granola bars and rice crispy treats that are not only nutritious, but absolutely delicious!"
Each of the new launches, like the brand's other products, are allergen-free, gluten-free, certified vegan, organic, non-GMO, and kosher, and contain nutrients from vegetables, the company said.
"We are excited to expand upon our customers' favorite MadeGood snacks with these new and flavorful additions," Fotovat said. "Our entirely allergy-free facility has helped to develop flavors that are not only delicious but safe for schools, and we're excited to see MadeGood's presence expand in grocery stores across North America."
All MadeGood products are produced in a facility that is free from such common allergens as peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, dairy, egg, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish, the company said.
Current and new flavors of the crispy squares and granola bars can be found at major grocery and natural food stores, including Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Wegmans and Meijer, among others.
