M&M's adds peanuts to its white chocolate lineup
M&M’s is once again making a change to its product portfolio by introducing a new addition to its lineup.
Continuing the popular white chocolate trend, the Hackettstown, N.J.-based company will be introducing consumers to white chocolate peanut variety, which will be hitting shelves in the fall.
“We've witnessed the demand for white chocolate growing at a rate more than three times that of other chocolate flavors. In response, we introduced M&M'S white chocolate last year to excite and delight not only our M&M'S fans but all chocolate lovers” Allison Miazga-Bedrick, Brand director of M&M'S, said. “We were amazed to see the positive response and we're thrilled to now add white chocolate to a fan favorite variety, peanut.”
Featuring peanuts surrounded by white chocolate and wrapped in the brand’s signature colorful shell, the candy will be available in three different sizes — singles retailing for $0.99, share size for $1.69 and sharing SUP for $3.39.
Fans can be on the lookout for more information on the product to hit the brand's social media channels in the next coming months.
