Mooala intros strawberry bananamilk
Mooala fans will soon have a new flavor they can sample.
The Dallas-based company, which produces dairy-free beverages, announced the launch of its new strawberry bananamilk.
“People from all walks of life are embracing a plant-powered lifestyle, and we're also observing that traditional dairy drinkers' diets are shifting to incorporate more plant-based alternatives,” Mooala founder and CEO Jeff Richards said. “Our latest innovation — Mooala strawberry bananamilk — features a blissfully sweet flavor profile that fuses real organic strawberries and bananas to give today's shoppers a delicious, but guilt-free, smoothie base or stand-alone treat packed with nutrition for growing families.”
Crafted from fruits and roasted sunflower seeds, Mooala’s strawberry bananamilk is USDA-certified organic and does not contain any added sugar or preservatives. The beverage also only has 70 calories per serving and is gluten-free, kosher and carrageenan-free, the company said.
Mooala’s strawberry bananamilk will hit the refrigerated aisle at Whole Foods and Albertsons-Safeway stores throughout October before expanding to additional retailers in late 2018 and early 2019.
