My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream is looking to add a little extra sweetness to its line of frozen snacks.
The Los Angeles-based company has announced the launch of its new triple layer innovation, which contains its traditional mochi dough exterior wrapped around ice cream with a taste-filled center layer.
"The Frozen Novelty Category had been ripe for innovation and My/Mo brought excitement back to the category with the creation of a handheld, portion-controlled snack platform that consumers didn't even know they needed," Russell Barnett, CMO said. "With this launch, we wanted to take it a step further to really 'wow' snack fanatics with new flavor combinations and textures."
The new flavor combinations from the company include:
- Chocolate Sundae, which contains vanilla bean ice cream covered in chocolate-flavored mochi dough and topped with a cherry center;
- Vanilla Blueberry, which features vanilla bean ice cream wrapped around mochi dough and a blueberry center;
- Dulce de Leche, which has mochi dough wrapped around coffee ice cream and a center of caramel; and
- S’mores, which contains mochi dough wrapped around graham cracker ice cream and a marshmallow center.

The brand's new triple layer treats will be available for purchase at retailers nationwide.
