P&G's Pampers brand celebrates dad
NEW YORK Pampers teamed up with Super Bowl quarterback Drew Brees for a Father's Day celebration this past weekend at Yankee Stadium.
As part of its Pampers with Dry Max weekend-long celebration of dads everywhere, the diaper brand also hosted a "Daddy Play Date" in New York on June 17, where celebrity dads and local dads alike were honored for their active roles with Diaper Duty and cheering on their "VIBs," or very important babies.
The events were in line with the launch of Pampers Cruisers with Dry Max, designed for babies on the move that need the driest diapers ever.
"More dads are taking an active role in parenting, which includes diaper duty, among other meaningful bonding activities. Pampers with Dry Max is high-performance gear, and I am always looking for that high performance, whether it's on the field or off, especially now that we have two children in diapers come fall," Brees said.
