Sparkling Ice unveils limited edition holiday flavor
Sparkling Ice is getting into the holiday spirit.
The Preston, Wa.-based company, which is part of the Talking Rain Beverage portfolio, announced the launch of its limited edition holiday flavor — cranberry frost.
Containing the flavors of cranberries and ginger, the beverage comes packaged in a clear, frosted-label bottle that contains a mix of ginger and cranberries on its signature three-dimensional ice cube.
“With the holidays being one of the most anticipated times of the year in the beverage category, we wanted to create a unique and bold tasting limited-edition flavor for our consumers to enjoy throughout the holiday season,” Chris Hall, CEO of Talking Rain Beverage, said. “We’re always looking to create new and exciting flavors to delight our consumers, and with the continued demand for ginger-flavored products, we believe the new limited-edition flavor will appease our customer's preferences and their palettes.”
In addition, Sparkling Ice Cranberry Frost also will offer shoppers a series of mocktail recipes on its bottle packaging, which consumers can use to entertain during the holiday season, the company said.
“It’s a small gesture, but just another way we wanted to surprise and delight Sparkling Ice fans this holiday season,” Hall said.
As with other beverages within the Sparkling Ice family, cranberry frost contains zero calories and sugar, and is made with antioxidants and vitamins, the company said.
The beverage is available for purchase at select retailers across the nation through the end of the year. It also will roll out in a limited time club pack that will feature the cranberry frost, ginger lime and crisp apple flavors exclusively at Sam’s Club and BJ’s Wholesale Club while supplies last.
