Country Archer Provisions intros Zero Sugar Beef Jerky line
Country Archer Provision’s grass-fed meat snacks has a brand-new addition.
The San Bernardino, Calif.-based company is introducing consumers to its Zero Sugar Beef Jerky collection.
Available in three flavors, each recipe was created in partnership with chef Will Horowitz, and made with grass-fed and finished beef, the company said.
“We’ve always believed that crafting real food can ultimately help craft a better world, and one of the best ways we know how to achieve that is by making clean, sustainable, high-quality snacks more accessible for everyone,” co-founder and CEO of Country Archer, Eugene Kang said. "With our commitment to only using grass-fed and -finished beef and focus on real ingredients, we knew we could create a zero-sugar, no soy option with a super clean ingredient list that truly delivered on taste. The recipes Chef Will created are out of this world, and we’re confident jerky lovers everywhere will agree!”
Made without the use of sugar, soy, preservatives, MSG, nitrates or nitrites, flavors available include:
- Spicy Sesame Garlic, which is savory and spicy, and contains 11 g of protein per serving;
- Mustard BBQ, which was inspired by the flavor profiles of Carolina BBQ, contains a blend of vinegar, mustard and spices, as well as 12 g of protein per serving; and
- Classic, which contains a pinch of rosemary and oregano, and has 12 g of protein.
Retailing from $5.99 to $6.99, Country Archer Zero Sugar Beef Jerky is available online and at such retailers as Wegmans, Food Lion, New Seasons Market, Sprouts Farmers Market and select Whole Foods Market stores.
