Texas led both the markets with flu activity and those seeing flu activity gains on the Walgreens Flu Index for the week ended Feb. 2. Two other Texas markets made the top-10 list of areas with increasing activities as Mississippi claimed the No. 1 spot among states with flu activity gains.
Mississippi also claimed the pole position of states with overall flu activity, followed by Nebraska and Texas. The three states all have markets among the top-10 areas seeing overall flu activity.
