E. & J. Gallo Winery acquires several brands from Constellation

E. & J. Gallo Winery’s portfolio is expanding.

The company recently shared that it has completed the acquisition of more than 30 brands from Constellation, which includes Arbor Mist, Black Box, Clos du Bois, Estancia, Franciscan, Hogue, Manischewitz, Mark West, Ravenswood, Taylor, Vendage and Wild Horse.

In addition, the company will grow its operational footprint by adding five wineries located across California, Washington and New York, as well as Constellation’s polyphenolics business.

Lastly, E. & J. Gallo will acquire the Nobilo New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc brand through a separate transaction.
