ECRM Impulse/Convenience events to feature Daymond John as keynote speaker

ECRM’s upcoming Impulse and Convenience programs will feature a well-known name as their keynote speaker. The Solon, Ohio-based company has announced Daymond John, entrepreneur and “Shark Tank” cast member as the speaker at the events. 

John’s keynote address will be Jan. 29, bridging the Impulse, Front-End and Checklane program, which lasts from Jan. Jan. 28-31, 2020, and the Convenience program, which takes place Jan. 27-30, 2020 at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. 

The keynote program will take the form of a fireside chat on brand building. Additionally, attendees will receive an advance galley of John’s upcoming book “Powershift,” which he will sign onsite. The book, which is set to be released in March 2020, covers his process on transforming situations, closing deals and achieving any outcome based on his own experience and his network of industry leaders. 

The event also will feature representation of 10 brands from the Shark Group, showcasing products that may fit retailers’ interests in scale, market basket growth and increased traffic and impulse sales, ECRM said.
