    Fritos adds Flamin’ Hot Bar-B-Q twist to snacks

    There’s a new Fritos flavor hitting shelves.

    Flamin’ Hot Bar-B-Q, which features tangy and spicy notes, is a new twist on the previously launched Bar-B-Q and Flamin’ Hot chip varieties.

    “Dozens of innovative Fritos flavors have been part of our lives for more than 90 years, and our fans have made it clear that Fritos Bar-B-Q is their all-time favorite,” said Stacy Taffet, senior vice president of brand marketing, Frito-Lay North America. “Those passionate snackers inspired us to pair that fan-favorite with our other flavor giant, Flamin’ Hot, to create a kicked-up version of the classic Bar-B-Q that spicy snackers and Fritos fans will want to bring to every get-together this summer.” 

    Consumers can find Fritos Flamin’ Hot Bar-B-Q at major retailers nationwide in a 9.25-oz. size for $5.69, 3.5-oz. size for $2.49 and 1-oz. size for $.50.

    Poise provides ultimate protection with 7 Drop pads

    Poise is looking to give its consumers protection that helps avoid leaks with clean, dry and fresh protection.

    New from the brand is its 7 Drop pads, which feature a curved shape contour to help prevent bunching and users can remain comfortable throughout the day.

    The product is made for all-day bladder leaks, features odor control to aid in locking away wetness and color and comes equipped with the brand’s Clean Dry Fresh Protection. 

    Currently, Poise’s 7 Drop pads are available for purchase online.

    HRG's Dave Wendland to present at ECRM Home Health Care session

    Dave Wendland, HRG's vice president of strategic relations, will host a panel discussion, “Focusing on Care Where Health Meets the Home,” on Tuesday, May 9, at 8 A.M. PT during the ECRM Home Health Care Session at Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa in Henderson, Nev. The hour-long conversation will cover the opportunity for retailers, distributors and brands to tackle the unmet need to address home-based care through building new businesses, acquiring capabilities or partnering with other service providers.

    The panel discussion will provide a bird’s eye view of the future of care delivery and offers a glimpse into how various organizations are responding to the evolving needs of patients, their caregivers and the overarching consumerism of health. Panelists include Checkable, Carewell, H-E-B, Health Mobius, Spring Branch Medical Supply and AmerisourceBergen executives.

    Wendland stated, “Home health care has become a critical part of the healthcare ecosystem, with shorter hospital stays coupled with demographic and regulatory trends. We have an excellent cross-section of organizations on the panel, and I expect to hear some enlightening insights into the future of this important segment of patient care and outcomes.”

    Viviscal’s newest hair care products aim to nourish strands

    Viviscal is expanding beyond its hair growth supplements with topical products formulated with hair building blocks.

    Containing biotin, keratin, fortified marine collagen and seaweed extract to help nourish strands for a thicker and fuller-looking appearance, the new launches include:

    Annie’s celebrates Disney’s ‘The Little Mermaid’ with limited-edition pasta, snacks

    Ahead of the release of Disney’s live-action “The Little Mermaid” film, Annie’s is releasing a limited-edition line of pasta and snacks with an exclusive packaging design. 

    In addition, each product part of the film’s promo launch will include a code for movie tickets, which are under a partnership with Fandango, that gives fans a chance to see the movie in theaters for just $13 with the purchase of three or more participating products. 

    The limited-edition launch includes Annie’s Macaroni and Cheese, Organic Bunny Grahams and Cheddar Bunnies. 

    Consumers can find products with limited-edition packaging wherever the brand’s products are currently sold.

    Glamnetic opts for modern press-on nails with latest collection

    Glamnetic is debuting a new press-on nail collection—The Modern Artista.

    Named after the brand’s CEO and co-founder, Ann McFerran’s Instagram handle (@themodernartista), the collection consists of six artistic nail designs in short, almond, medium almond and short round shapes.

    Designs part of the collection include Olive You, Golden Touch, Untamed, Duchess, Limoncello and Little Miss Daisies.

    Consumers can find Glamnetic’s The Modern Artista collection available for purchase online, as well as at Ulta Beauty and Sephora.
