Giant Food Stores cuts the ribbon on its newest location

Giant Food Stores is celebrating the grand opening of its newest location in Lebanon, Pa.

Located at 1750 Quentin Road, the retailer acquired the location from Musser’s Markets in August, and now operates seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

“Our entire store team, including many familiar faces, is excited to introduce the Lebanon community to our newest Giant location,” Kim O’Hara, the store manager said. “It’s a great combination of new and old favorites, refreshed with GIANT’S convenient offerings to help make our customers’ grocery shopping experience a little bit easier.”

At the locations, consumers can expect to find farm fresh produce, fresh meat and seafood, a full-service deli and bakery and entertaining by Giant offerings.

Those who shop at the new store an enroll in Giant Choice Rewards to increase their savings through personalized offers, the company said.

In addition, the first 200 customers who stop by on Nov. 1 will receive a reusable shopping bag filled with product samples, 200 Giant Choice Rewards points, and other savings.

Those who visit on Nov. 2 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. can expect face painting, an appearance by Hershey’s Coco the Bear and a giveaway of Giant gift cards from the Nature’s Promise Prize Patrol.

Finally, those who visit on Nov. 3 can receive a free coloring book from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., witness an appearance from the Cheerios Honey Bee and also participate in a giveaway of Giant gift cards from the Nature’s Promise Prize Patrol from 12 to 4 p.m.
