Good Culture is catering to those who cannot tolerate lactose or are simply choosing to cut it out of their diets.
The Irvine, Calif.-based cultured food brand announced the launch of a new line of products, which include lactose-free sour cream and cottage cheeses.

Made with simple ingredients, pasture-raised milk, and live and active cultures, the new launches include:
- Lactose-Free Cottage Cheese, made with pasture-raised milk, cream, sea salt, live and active cultures and lactase enzyme, contains 14 g of protein per serving;
- Squeezable Lactose-Free Sour Cream Pouch and Tub, a lactose-free version of its cultures sour cream; and
- Squeezable Whole Milk Classic Sour Cream Pouch, made with pasture-raised milk, cream, enzymes, and live and active cultures, offers consumers a mess-free and spoon-free solution.
