John Cannon and Bobby Motley
Retired law enforcement officers John Cannon, a former commander within the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and Bobby Motley, a former lieutenant within the Kentucky state police, work for the supply chain risk management firm Overhaul in its LE Connect program. The program bridges communications between the victims of supply chain disruptions and law enforcement to help recover stolen assets and capture the perpetrators. In 2024, Cannon and Motley successfully influenced the recovery of more than 50 full tractor-trailer loads of stolen goods, and their team had a 90% rate of recovery. Further, they significantly reduced the degree of loss in pilferage attempts by coordinating a rapid law enforcement response.
