Hi-Chew adds blast of berry flavors

Hi-Chew is adding not one, but three berry-inspired flavors to its offerings.

New from the Irvine, Calif.-based company is the Berry Mix, which contains black cherry, raspberry and blueberry-flavored varieties.

“We’ve seen a high demand for berry flavors within the market, with black cherry, raspberry and blueberry consistently showing up as fan favorites in the States,” Tatsuya Takamiya, chief marketing officer of Morinaga America, said. “Tapping into consumers’ excitement for authentic fruit flavors, our research and development team was able to perfectly capture the true-to-life flavor and give consumers a vibrant experience with each bite. We’re excited to reveal these new offerings that showcase a delightful and refreshing take on Americans' favorite berry flavors.”

Consumers can find Hi-Chew Berry Mix in a 3-oz. bag that retails for $2.59 exclusively at 7-Eleven locations across the nation. Beginning April 27, the product will expand its availability to additional retailers.
