Hum Nutrition’s latest supplement was designed to help support women who are currently going through perimenopause and menopause.
Fan Club is the Los Angeles-based brand’s latest innovation, which is a clinically studied and estrogen-free supplement that looks to help reduce the severity of 11 common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
“By developing a formula that directly supports the needs of menopausal consumers, it is our goal to positively impact the experience,” Jennifer Martin-Biggers, Hum Nutrition’s vice president of scientific affairs and education said.

Formulated with Siberian rhubarb root, probiotics and grape seed extract, the product looks to help with hot flashes and night sweats, vaginal dryness, fatigue, mood swings, irritability, restlessness, sleeplessness, heart racing, low sex drive, bladder problems, and joint and muscle discomfort, the company said.
“Estrogen, a hormone produced in the ovaries, plays a large role in the onset of menopausal symptoms. As women enter perimenopause, the stage before menopause, which typically begins in the 40’s, estrogen levels decline erratically. This decline elicits common menopausal symptoms,” Martin-Biggers said. “Although every woman’s experience is different, as much as 80% of menopausal women experience hot flashes and night sweats, around 40% experience vaginal dryness and sleep problems, and 10 to 20% experience mood swings.”
Made without the use of artificial colors or preservatives, Hum Nutrition’s Fan Club supplement is vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and packaged in a bottle that is recyclable and made from ocean-bound plastic, the company said.
