Jackson’s Chips is in an expansion mode. The company announced that as of April 28, its products will be available in nearly 200 Target stores nationwide and on Target.com.
This move comes on the heels of Jackson’s Chips’ plant expansion last fall in Muskego, Wis., where the brand expanded its production capacity and added manufacturing space.
The company said it combines gourmet flavor with a focus on wellness, as the chips are made exclusively from sweet potato and premium avocado oil, offering a healthier alternative to seed oils.

"Jackson's ensures everyone can indulge in a delicious snack without compromise," the company said.
