Meijer is sharing that it has registered 110,000 individuals to be vaccinated at the Ford Field mass clinic in Michigan.
The registration process, which opened on March 15, registered more than 40,000 people in its first 24 hours of going live.
Since then, 14,000 appointments have been scheduled for the first week of the clinic on March 23, and an additional 20,000 appointment invitations will be sent out by the end of the day on March 22, the company said.
In addition, Meijer shared that it will handle the check-in process for those receiving vaccines at the onsite location for pharmacists and clinical review, as well as vaccine security and stability, IT development teams and infrastructure and coordinate data submission to the Michigan Care Improvement Registry.
