Wegmans set to open 1st Connecticut location
Wegmans Food Markets is set to open its very first location in the state of Connecticut.
Located at 675 Connecticut Ave in Norwalk, the store will open its doors to customers in the summer of 2025, according to the company.
In the meantime, the retailer is opening up the job application process for those who would like to work at the store, with plans to employ approximately 500 individuals at the new store.
“Wegmans offers competitive pay with industry-leading benefits, flexible scheduling, and a friendly, positive workplace,” said store manager Emily Reynolds, who started her Wegmans career as a part-time cashier more than 18 years ago. “We bring new employees on board quickly so they can receive in-depth training on the customer service skills and product knowledge that set our people apart.”

New from Kiehl’s is a treatment that works to help correct discoloration without shifting the skin’s natural tone, while also aiding in preventing future discolorations and offering SPF benefits.
Auto-Tone Discoloration & UV Solution SPF 30 defends skin against UV rays and features Melasyl, a patented ingredient from parent company L’Oréal, that harmonizes areas of visible excess melanin to help even skin tone while providing effective tone management and instant radiance.
The product can also be used to improve the appearance of post-blemish marks, dark spots, dark patches and uneven tone, the brand noted.
Kiehl’s Auto-Tone is dermatologist tested, suitable for all skin types, non-comedogenic, non-acnegenic and offers a glowy finish.

Honey Bunches of Oats intros limited-edition salted caramel cereal
Summer is still in full swing but Honey Bunches of Oats is looking forward to fall with its limited-edition cereal launch—salted caramel.
The new cereal features sweet and savory notes of salted caramel and includes its signature crunchy bunches, the brand said.
Available in a 12-oz. box that will retail for $4.25, Honey Bunches of Oat’s limited-edition salted caramel cereal can be found at select retailers including Walmart and Target beginning in August.

The Soft Launch Hydrating Cream Cleanser is a gentle and creamy product that cleanses dry skin without leaving it stripped, sensitive, tight or dry.

Funyuns, Maruchan come together for flavor mash-up
Funyuns and ramen brand Maruchan are coming together for a limited-edition launch inspired by both food brands.
The Funyuns x Maruchan Hot & Spicy Chicken Ramen Onion Flavored Rings feature the classic onion flavor of Funyuns with notes of hot and spicy chicken ramen.
Currently, Funyuns x Maruchan Hot & Spicy Chicken Ramen Onion Flavored Rings are available at select retailers in three different sizes, and will roll out to locations nationwide beginning Aug. 5.

Celsius debuts Sparkling Cherry Cola flavor
Lifestyle energy drink brand Celsius is adding a new flavor to its ever-expanding lineup of products.
New from the brand is the Sparkling Cherry Cola flavor, which features the sweetness of cherries blended with the familiar notes of cola.
Made with seven essential vitamins and no sugar, Celsius’ beverages look to offer consumers better-for-you alternatives to high-sugar beverages, the brand noted.
