American Greetings introduces Tasties

CLEVELAND A new greeting card experience has arrived from American Greetings.

The new line, known as Tasties, features cards with a dissolvable flavor strip, safely sealed inside, so consumers can have their birthday cake and eat it too.

"Consumers love giving their friends and family something that is completely new and fun, and with Tasties they can share their warmest wishes along with a sweet treat to offer the proverbial cherry on top of their thoughtful gesture," said Mary McClain, creative director of new product concepts at American Greetings.
