AmerisourceBergen names EVP, president of AmerisourceBergen Drug

VALLEY FORGE, Pa. — AmerisourceBergen announced on Wednesday that Robert Mauch has been promoted to EVP and president of AmerisourceBergen Drug, effective immediately.



Previously, Mauch served as AmerisourceBergen Drug’s SVP and COO. David Neu will transition from his previous role as president of AmerisourceBergen Drug to assume the newly created position of EVP of Retail Strategy and President of Good Neighbor Pharmacy.

Prior to his role as COO of AmerisourceBergen Drug, Mauch served AmerisourceBergen in numerous positions. He was the founder and president of Xcenda, which was acquired by AmerisourceBergen in 2007, and has held various leadership positions at AmerisourceBergen, including SVP, ABDC Alternate Care Sales; SVP, ABDC Sales and SVP, ABDC Operations.



Neu has more than 30 years of industry experience holding senior positions at General Foods, The L.A. Drug Co., Bergen Brunswig and eventually AmerisourceBergen Drug.
