Assured Pharmacy sales up 1.4%

FRISCO, Texas Sales at Assured Pharmacy rose 1.4% in July over the month before, the specialty pharmacy said Thursday.

Assured, which focuses on chronic pain, said total sales on a same-store basis for the month were $1.42 million, compared with $1.4 million in June. The July figures mark a 20.8% increase over sales in July 2009.

“We are very pleased with our sales results in July, which marks our fifth consecutive month of revenue per business day growth,” Assured CEO Robert DelVecchio stated. “The results reflect continued progress in the implementation of our strategies, especially when taking into consideration that the summer months have been historically lower-revenue months due to seasonality.”
