Black Friday starting early at Sam’s Club
BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Sam’s Club is introducing a new way for shoppers to get a head start on their holiday shopping: Pre-Black Friday.
The nation’s eighth largest retailer and the warehouse division of Walmart is planning to give Sam's Club members early access to exclusive savings on some of the most sought-after holiday items and Thanksgiving meal must-haves.
“Our members have told us that the holidays leave them feeling time-strapped. The new Pre-Black Friday Event is designed to help alleviate some of the stress that comes with preparing for a big meal and having a gift list to fulfill,” said Rosalind Brewer, president and CEO of Sam’s Club. “We want members to come explore our new holiday items, take advantage of the special savings, and enjoy getting their shopping done without feeling rushed.”
Kicking off Sat., Nov. 21 at 12:01 a.m. CST on SamsClub.com and in clubs at 7 a.m., families can save time by checking things off of their grocery and gift lists all in one trip. Event prices are good through Nov. 25, while supplies last.

The retailer says the savings will continue at the Black Friday main event. It begins at 12:01 a.m. CST on Nov. 26 at SamsClub.com and starts in clubs Nov. 27 at 7 a.m.
Those who prefer to shop without dashing through the snow can browse and buy during the Sam’s Club Cyber Week. Online deals will kick off at 12:01 a.m. CST on Nov. 30 and continue through Dec. 6. New offers at great values will be added daily throughout the week, including televisions, computers, home and outdoor playsets.
Starting Dec. 8, Shocking Values, Sam’s Club’s new online daily deals program, will feature seven days of curated offers, all at amazing savings. Each day, up to 10 giftable items will be available for purchase at values up to 60 percent off standard retail prices. These deals on items are for a limited time with limited quantities.
