Capsa Solutions acquires Kirby Lester

PORTLAND, Ore. — Capsa Solutions, a provider of medication management systems, mobile computing carts and medical cart platforms for healthcare facilities, announced the acquisition of Kirby Lester, LLC — a provider of automated medication dispensing solutions in retail, institutional, hospital and ambulatory pharmacy settings.

The acquisition will provide a wider portfolio of products to both Capsa and Kirby Lester customers and will enable the company to address different requirements of medication management in modern health care, the company said. Kirby Lester will continue to operate under the same name as a division of Capsa Solutions.
